About coach eve

I was always drawn toward athletics and fitness. I played softball from 4 years old all the way through college, my first part-time job was at a Lifetime Fitness, and I started posting outdoor workouts when I was 16.

Fitness was a bumpy road for me. I was introduced to weight lifting in high school and spent all of my spare time in the gym or on the diamond. Unfortunately, things started to slip when I went to college. I started to lose sight of my values and who I was. I didn't find myself in the gym often during my first year, but I discovered powerlifting sophomore year and everything changed... I was obsessed.

After putting in over a year of work, the doctor told me that I needed a second knee surgery that would end my powerlifting journey and that's where things went to shit. I started to spiral - constantly drinking, smoking, eating, and practically sedentary. I gained over 40lb and was very depressed.

One day I looked at myself in the mirror as I was getting ready for bed and felt pure disgust. I didn't like what I saw but more importantly, I didn't like who I saw. That's when I decided it was time for a change. The next day I found myself at the university gym. After crying in the parking lot, I somehow made my way in with no plan. I wandered around for a minute and decided that bodyweight movements were probably the safest bet considering I was still recovering and very deconditioned... that's when I unintentionally discovered calisthenics.

I learned calisthenics as an adult and it completely changed my life.

It gave me a sense of empowerment, control, and pride that I hadn't felt before. Now, I am able to strength train with weights and train calisthenics... a dream come true! I once thought that calisthenics "wasn't for people like me" because I was too big, too old, or too inexperienced - all limiting beliefs.

Every day I show up to prove that version of myself wrong.

And you can too.

My low point:

  • "To say coaching has completely changed my workout routine would be an understatement. I never thought coaching would be this beneficial. I had been working out for quite a while, but my inconsistency meant slow progress. Once I started training under Eve, everything changed. I’m honestly amazed at the progress I’ve made in such a short time. Sometimes, having someone who holds you accountable makes all the difference, especially when they truly customize workouts to you and consistently give thoughtful feedback on form and technique."

  • "Eve is so personable and passionate about her coaching that you won’t have any other options but to thrive if you choose to work with her. When I first started working with Eve, I was nervous because I’ve been in and out of the gym for years since high school due to a struggle to find routine and dedication. Eve has guided and coached me through fitness goals, nutrition goals, and even has been there to support me in some really tough mental times. I am so grateful to know her and be one of her clients that gets to have her time and energy put into my life. If you’re looking for coaching with someone who genuinely wants the best for you - Eve is your coach."

  • "Eve has been an amazing coach with authentic leadership and care for her clients. I was supported in all aspects due to her going above and beyond to ensure that I wasn’t just seeing the results I desired but was inspired and well overall. She is kind, patient, energetic, and faithful to the commitments she makes. Eveolve coaching is a program that helps shift the paradigms individuals hold about self and the world around them as they train to build their physical well being."

  • "Watching her do her skill based training in the summer of 2025, I started to attempt handstand and banded muscle ups. I was so inspired by her and her journey from powerlifting to calisthenics. Choosing Eve as my coach at the end of August this year was simply one of the best choices I’ve ever made. She has me proving myself wrong every single week since we started working together. I say working together because I feel like we are a team. My biggest advice is learning from ppl who know more, and damn does Eve know soooo much! It’s been so amazing learning from her and every time I have a break thru, big or small, she makes me feel like they are WINS. Overall, Eve taught me how to shift my perspective to skill based learning. To be resilient and accept failure every day. To learn from failure is to grow. I’ve learned how to remain positive through set backs, and strive through my successes. I’ve learned how to be that girl falling and failing but never giving up. Training more athletically and learning how to truly move my body has changed my life. Thru my program, I inspire ppl in my gym to give calisthenics a shot. In my 5 years in the gym, I have never seen ppl think fitness can be so cool! And difficult! I’m so excited to continue learning alongside my coach bestie!"

  • "Investing in coaching in 2025 allowed me to unfreeze. As a young/new entrepreneur I was struggling to make so many of the decisions for myself. Having a coach to program for me and to catch my blind spots and just make decisions or me has accelerated my progress in fitness and also set a fireunder my butt for my business because I have less decisions to make outside of work- allowing me more energy to make decisions for my clients and my business. So basically, investing in coaching has made me more productive, more efficient, and has accelerated my progress within fitness! (Which obviously makes it more fun😎). On a more serious note I’m pretty sure with all of that in mind joining coaching saved me from a depressive episode because I have an extra layer of accountability show up to my workouts. When you pay for coaching and have a coach watching you… it’s way less likely for me to skip. And because of this I keep moving forward even though with winter coming in I usually tend to shut down."
